Implementation on Site

Having acquired considerable experience in contract administration, we relish the opportunity to guide projects through initial conception to successful implementation. Drawing on our knowledge of this complex process, once a landscape scheme has been created we can set to work preparing a step-by-step plan, agreeing budgets, drawing up detailed designs and organizing implementation.

We have particular expertise in preparing landscape contracts, including contracts or as a subcontract of an architectural or engineering project. We advise clients on how to select contractors for implementation, and oversee the work process.

Once the contract has been awarded, our role as contract administrator is to ensure that the work is completed to the standards required, on time and to budget. We can also monitor contractors’ maintenance work to ensure the successful establishment of the design.
